Refund policy

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of making the payment. Post this period a cancellation request will not be accepted.

The exchange or return policy is not applicable for any of the products of Humble Yeti, as these are food products. However, exchange or refund is allowed if the product arrived was in bad and non-consumable condition. The product should be unused and request should be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Return shipment fees will have to be borne by the customer.

As soon as we get the product back, we will provide a refund/exchange within 8-10 working days.
